Insight Booster is a comprehensive toolkit with diverse analytics tools tailored for text data analysis. It allows you to explore your text data in depth, uncover patterns, and obtain answers backed by references from your data. Insight Booster (IB) also supports the external sharing and downloading of results for further examination.

Another important term to know is Knowledge Base. A Knowledge Base (KB) serves as the input for Insight Booster. Before using a dataset in an Insight Booster project, it must be converted into a Knowledge Base. This process standardizes various data formats and allows them to be combined seamlessly in the IB project. Before you can work with an Insight Booster project, you must ensure that you have at least one Knowledge Base available.

You can simultaneously work on multiple Insight Booster projects by opening them in different tabs.

To learn how to create a Knowledge Base, please refer to our article: Creating a Knowledge Base.

To create an Insight Booster project, you can either click the “Insight Booster” card or navigate to the Insight Booster icon in the blue ribbon at the top of the page.

Click “Create a new Insight Booster project”. All your Insight Booster projects will be listed on this page under “My Insight Booster projects”.

Type in a name for the Insight Booster project, and click “Create”.

In order to use Insight Booster, you must first link a Knowledge Base that you have created.
